OUTLET MANAGER

Job mission:

Responsible for the restaurant department, leading the operations of the assigned consumption centers, ensuring good management and customer experience 

What will you have to do?

• Control and ensure the daily and monthly inventory procedures for tableware, glassware, cutlery, centerpieces, and decorative items.
• Control and ensure the EISI reporting procedure, follow up on the general report of your department…
• Control and ensure the preventive maintenance procedure, deep cleaning, and machinery of the bar department.
• Manage the costs allocated to your department. Meet revenue targets per sales center. Upselling.
• Provide all information related to the status of your menus, liquor lists, wine lists, promotions in your department, etc.
• Supervise the Operation checklist.

What are we looking for?

• Knowledge of the latest trends in the showroom. 
• Knowledge and handling of POS systems.
• Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite. 
• Knowledge of hotel operations. 
• Teamwork skills, service orientation, quality and professionalism, global and strategic vision, and communication and influence as key competencies.
