Responsibilities

Job responsibilities include; although are not limited to:

• Display a congenial appearance and is well groomed at all times.
• Ensure all mise in place are setup and ready for service according to the SOP.
• Assist service colleagues in completing pre-shift mise in place including complete bar setup, juices and garnishes prepped, wines by the glass fully stocked, ice stocked for night’s service and additional side duties as outlined in the pre-shift duties list.
• Assist guests in receiving a flawless dining experience, consistently providing exceptional food, superlative service, elegant decor and exquisite presentations.
