We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Outlet Supervisor to join our Food & Beverage team in Baghdad, Iraq. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily operations of our outlet, ensuring exceptional service excellence, team efficiency, and outstanding guest satisfaction. As an Outlet Supervisor, you will work collaboratively with the Outlet Manager and your team to maintain our brand standards while creating a welcoming environment for every guest. This position offers the opportunity to lead, inspire, and develop a talented team while driving operational success in a dynamic hospitality setting.

• Oversee and manage daily outlet operations, ensuring seamless service delivery, adherence to brand standards, and consistent guest satisfaction across all service periods
• Lead, train, and mentor team members in professional service standards, menu knowledge, and upselling techniques; provide constructive feedback and support for continuous improvement
• Address guest concerns and resolve service issues promptly and professionally, maintaining transparency and empathy in all guest interactions
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of equipment, supplies, and consumables; ensure proper usage, timely requisitions, and efficient resource allocation
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and food safety regulations; conduct routine inspections to maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational standards
• Assist with cash handling, daily closing procedures, billing accuracy, and POS system entries; analyze financial data to support outlet performance goals
• Coordinate effectively with kitchen, bar, and other departments to ensure timely service and operational efficiency; communicate guest feedback to drive service improvements
• Maintain presentation standards throughout the outlet, including table setups, service equipment, and staff appearance, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines
