MAIN SCOPE OF JOB

Responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and coordination support to the Food & Beverage Department, ensuring efficient daily operations, accurate information flow, proper documentation, and effective coordination between F&B management, outlets, colleagues, and other hotel departments.

The position handles confidential administrative matters, staff records, attendance, reports, meetings, correspondence, and general office administration while supporting the F&B leadership team in delivering operational and service excellence.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the F&B Department.
• Manage incoming correspondence, emails, documents, and departmental communication.
• Prepare, compile, distribute, and maintain F&B reports, records, forms, and documents.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas where required, and record meeting minutes.
• Maintain an organized and up-to-date filing system and departmental database.
• Coordinate and follow up on pending actions and ensure relevant information is communicated to concerned parties.
• Prepare documents and information required by the EAM F&B / F&B Manager.
• Maintain F&B staff attendance records and support leave administration.
• Maintain and update F&B notice boards and internal communication materials.
• Coordinate office supplies and stationery requirements for the F&B Department.
