Are you ready to create exceptional guest experiences? We’re looking for a Guest Service Agent (GSA) – Food & Beverage to join our dynamic team in Mysuru, India. As a GSA-F&B, you will be the welcoming face of our organization, setting the tone for an outstanding guest experience from the moment our guests arrive. You’ll combine genuine hospitality with product knowledge to deliver outstanding food and beverage service that exceeds expectations.

• Greet guests with a warm, professional demeanor and provide engaging, personalized service that makes them feel valued
• Assist guests with detailed information about food and beverage menu items, making recommendations based on their preferences and dietary needs
• Deliver consistent, high-quality F&B services in accordance with departmental standards, procedures, and outlet policies
• Maintain strict adherence to all safety and sanitation policies when handling, preparing, and serving food and beverages
• Manage multiple guest requests simultaneously while maintaining composure and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate effectively with team members across all departments to ensure seamless service delivery
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly with empathy and professionalism
• Maintain accurate order fulfillment and ensure all guest requests are completed to specification
