Are you passionate about food and creating unforgettable for our guests? We’re looking for new Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team, working across TurBARlence Tavern, in room dining & conferencing.
What you’ll be doing:
– Serving food and beverage to all guests
– Ensure guest satisfaction and brand standards are maintained
– Ensuring dockets are entered correctly and closed off into POS system
– Liaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal
– Maintain hygienic food service techniques at all times
– Maintain clean and neat presentation of bar and restaurant area(s), following set opening, closing and daily procedures
– Assisting with stock control and room set ups
Service focused personality is essential and a passion for everything food and beverage
Previous experience in a similar role
Barista skills/experience
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work as part of a team
Hold current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification (able to obtain)
Flexibility to work various shifts including week-ends, evenings and public holidays
