At Mövenpick Hotel Auckland, we’re passionate about creating memorable experiences for our guests. We’re looking for an energetic and hands-on Conference Supervisor to lead the day-to-day delivery of our conference and and event operations.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional who enjoys leading a team, building strong client relationships, and ensuring every event is delivered to the highest standard.

As our Conference Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for:

• Leading conference, banquet, and event operations from setup through to packdown.
• Supervising and supporting the conference team during service.
• Ensuring conference rooms and event spaces are prepared to the highest standard.
• Delivering exceptional guest experiences and resolving issues professionally.
• Conducting team briefings and ensuring smooth event execution.
• Coordinating with Kitchen, Front Office, Sales & Events, and other departments.
• Maintaining presentation, cleanliness, and operational standards across all event spaces.
• Assisting with training, coaching, and development of team members.
• Taking ownership of operations and making confident decisions during shifts.

• Previous experience in conference, banquets, events, or hospitality supervision.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
