Based at Mandarin Oriental, Canouan, within the People & Culture Department, the P&C Coordinator is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the department, including onboarding and offboarding, payroll administration, colleague records, time and attendance, and colleague engagement activities. This role requires strong organizational skills, confidentiality, attention to detail and effective communication while upholding the standards and values of Mandarin Oriental. The P&C Coordinator reports to the P&C Manager.
