About the job
Based at Mandarin Oriental Ritz, Madrid, within the Deessa Department in Madrid, the Commis Cook supports the kitchen team in the preparation, handling and presentation of culinary products, ensuring quality, hygiene and safety standards are consistently met. The role reports to the Chef de Partie, and in their absence, to the First or Second Chef de Cuisine.
