Job mission:

 The E-Concierge handles pre-contact with our guests and agencies, responding to their communications and coordinating their requests before arrival. 

What are we looking for?

• EDUCATION AND TRAINING:   Technical training. (desirable)
• LANGUAGES: Spanish and advanced spoken and written English.
• KNOWLEDGE: OPERA, Expedia and Booking.com.
• SKILLS: Word, Excel and Outlook. 

What are we looking for?

• It is important that the person be responsible, organized, with critical thinking skills, good writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage their time and follow up on several requests simultaneously.
• We are looking for someone with initiative, who can anticipate the needs of guests, and understands the importance of pre-contact in the experience we offer.

MAIN FUNCTIONS: 

• • To handle requests and inquiries about the hotel received through the generic email inbox.
  • Respond to and follow up on requests from guests, agencies, and on the Expedia and Booking.com platforms.
  • Maintain the pre-contact calendar and follow up on guest requests and preferences.
  • Coordinate restaurant reservations and prepare dinner schedules for pre-contacted guests, according to procedures established by Food and Beverage.
  • Check that the assigned rooms meet the guests’ preferences and inform the GEX Manager, manager and supervisor about the pre-contacted arrivals.
  • Prepare the arrival chart for large families, identifying their preferences and special needs to facilitate their monitoring.
  • Manage guest needs before arrival, providing information and coordinating services such as upgrades, spa treatments, excursions, transfers, and special events.
