Job mission:

To ensure an exceptional guest experience by monitoring and managing feedback, complaints, and satisfaction indicators, identifying opportunities for improvement, and collaborating with different operational areas to strengthen service quality, effectively resolve incidents, and meet established standards.

What are we looking for?

Requirements:

• University education.
• Advanced English (essential).
• Experience in customer service, quality, guest experience, or handling complaints.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical skills and results orientation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Valued tools and knowledge:

• Opera or SIHOT.
• ReviewPro.
• Qualtrics.
• Customer experience and online reputation management platforms.
• Analysis of satisfaction and service quality indicators.
