Paradisus Gran Canaria, a 5-star luxury hotel, is looking for a Hostess to join our team and be the first impression of our restaurants.
Job mission:
As Hostess, you will be the friendly face that greets and accommodates our guests in the hotel restaurants, giving them a warm welcome and ensuring an exceptional dining experience from the very first moment.
What will you have to do?
– Greet guests and escort them to their tables in a friendly and efficient manner.
– Manage reservations and customer flow in the restaurants to maximize customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
– Maintain an elegant and welcoming atmosphere in the restaurant reception area.
– Coordinate with service staff to ensure a perfect experience.
– Answer guest inquiries about the menu, the hotel, and special events.
– Ensure compliance with the hotel’s quality and service standards.
What are we looking for?
– Previous experience in a similar role in hotels.
– Excellent communication and customer service skills.
– Professional appearance, positive attitude, and ability to work as part of a team.
– Ability to handle difficult situations efficiently.
– Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
– Knowledge of English; other languages will be valued.
