Job mission:
The Sales Advisor at Club by Meliá is the brand’s commercial ambassador, responsible for offering consultative sales experiences focused on understanding customer needs and providing them with the best solution.
The Guest Concierge is the first ambassador of Club by Meliá, responsible for offering an exceptional and personal service, using every contact with the guest as an opportunity to create a connection, inspire trust and spark interest in learning about the benefits of Circle by Meliá.
Their mission is to transform hospitality into a personalized and authentic experience, naturally generating business opportunities and contributing to the success of the sales team.
