Based at the Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca, as RB&E Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, supervising the service team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high service standards, and supporting smooth coordination between front-of-house and kitchen teams.
