Account Executive

• Initiate new sales, prospect and qualify leads and solicit potential clients for designated holiday bookings and multi-year, geographical rotation bookings
• Respond to inquiries from potential clients and customers for key group meetings and events seeking sleeping rooms (usually 50+), meeting space, food and beverage services, etc. during holiday periods
• Determine rates, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, service accounts and analyze lost business for the hotel(s)
• Develop sales plans and strategies to meet or exceed established revenue and room night goals
• Host and entertain clients and maintain client accounts
