Account Receivable

JOB SUMMARY 

The position is accountable for the entire credit granting process.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES

1. Booking of customer’s payment, and credit card payment received, in Opera system.
2. Check and answer of customer’s request, such as copy of invoice and credit card charges explaining.
3. Daily event’s charges control and booking of final invoice.
4. Process credit card refunds and manage relations with credit card acquiring company
5. Control of PM room’s open by Guest Service/Events/F&b/SPA to be sure that all of them have a reason to be opened.
6. Supervisor of customer’s invoice control.
7. Collection of outstanding invoice, speeding up the customer by phone, or mail. Monthly meeting with Sales, Event and Guest Service Manager to explain them the update situation.
8. Intercompany reconciliation.
9. Coordinator of BS reconciliation.
10. Actively support the whole accounting team in the month end procedures.
11. Reconcile credit card receivables
12. All functions required for the proper performance of the Job Position.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

1. Positive attitude in solve customer’s request
2. Good knowledge of English language
3. At least two year in a similar accounting position
