At Meliá Hotels International we are looking for an  Assistant F&B Manager for our Hacienda del Conde hotel ,  located right on the Paseo Marítimo in Palma.

Job Mission:  Reporting to the Hotel’s F&B Director, your mission will be to organize and supervise the activities of the staff under their responsibility to ensure the quality of service offered to the customer in the hotel’s restaurants and bars in order to contribute to the achievement of its food and beverage ratios and the hotel’s economic, quality, work environment, people development and operational objectives.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar position at MHI in 5* hotels.
• University education relevant to the position (hospitality, tourism or similar).
• Operational knowledge (buffet, à la carte…) and in  event management .
• Ability to foster additional income initiatives in the department.
• Teamwork, planning, goal and customer orientation, and leadership.
• Flexible hours.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• High level of English. Knowledge of other languages ​​will be considered an asset.
