About the job
Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong within Food & Beverage Division in Hong Kong, the Director of Wine is responsible for the strategic leadership and operational management of the hotel’s wine program, driving commercial performance, elevating guest experiences, curating world-class wine offerings, and leading a high-performing sommelier team across the property’s diverse restaurant portfolio. The Director of Wine reports to the Director of Food & Beverage.
