Votre rôle
La position d’Agent de Réservations implique la responsabilité d’être tout à fait informé des différents produits que l’hôtel propose ainsi que des offres spéciales en cours. De plus une parfaite connaissance des procédures de réservation est indispensable. Enfin un accueil courtois et chaleureux sera exigé pour chaque appel téléphonique.
