Apoyar al Chef Ejecutivo y de banquetes con todas las tareas administrativas como las siguientes:
– incidencias de nomina
– facturas con proveedores
– revision de fechas de entregas de mercancias
– acudir con los diferentes encargados de las cocinas para revisar que no les falten pedidos y que se realicen con tiempo
– recibir y analizar junto con el Chef Ejecutivo las ordenes de Servicio para eventos
– Revisar las ordenes de servicio con ventas
– atencion al personal en necesidades administrativas como
– organización y administracion de horarios
– contacto con el personal para revisar ausencias y retardos
– Apoyo a los chefs en el seguimiento y rotación de practicantes

la experiencia es un diferencial
Experiencia previa con Opera o un sistema relacionado
