The Assistant Banquet Manager will demonstrate the following key characteristics:

• Ability to communicate clearly and openly, creating an atmosphere of mutual trust and teamwork.
• Projects great energy.
• Demonstrates superior knowledge of banquets and events execution and operations.
• Exaggerated attention to detail and ability to train and drive staff to excellence.
• Proven ability to effectively lead in a variety of situations with guests and operational needs, flexible leadership style.

Master Your Craft:

• The Assistant Banquet Manager is directly responsible for overseeing the banquets, outside catering, and events operations, ensuring the highest quality in service, food, and production.
• The Assistant Banquet Manager will engage and motivate the F&B teams to achieve goals while managing labor costs.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Understanding of high-end luxury Resort products.
• Demonstrate adaptability to live in a remote location.
