La première impression est toujours la bonne ! En tant qu’assistant(e) chef de réception, vous prenez soin de nos clients depuis leur arrivée jusqu’à leur départ, en vous assurant qu’ils vivent une expérience mémorable mais également de l’équipe de réception en les accompagnant à tout moment!
Votre mission:
Il/elle participe à la coordination des équipes de réception dans le but de maintenir un taux d’occupation et des revenus optimaux, tout en veillant à offrir un service prévenant aux clients L’Assistant(e) Chef de Réception est chargé(e) de superviser l’ensemble des réceptionnistes et chef de brigade du service. Il/Elle détermine les prévisions d’occupation et informe les services concernés, organise le travail des réceptionnistes, accueille les clients, supervise la facturation. Il/Elle peut également effectuer des missions commerciales, former du personnel, etc. Enfin, il gère le lobby de l’hôtel et veille à sa propreté et à sa sécurité.
