Our esteemed hotel is centrally located in Cairns City. Our property features 324 elegantly appointed rooms, 13 versatile meeting spaces, Coco’s Kitchen and Bar, as well as in-room dining services.
We’re now on the lookout for a passionate and experienced leader to step into the role of Assistant Food and Beverage Manager. In this key role, you’ll collaborate closely with the Food and Beverage Manager to oversee daily operations, inspire the team, and ensure every guest enjoys exceptional service delivered with consistent quality and care.
As Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, you will oversee all food and beverage outlets, including Coco’s Kitchen and Bar, room service and event spaces. Reporting directly to the Food & Beverage Manager, this pivotal leadership role demands a strategic mindset to manage daily operations, drive performance and consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences across every outlet.
You will work closely with a skilled and motivated team, playing a vital role in driving results and supporting the ongoing growth and success of the business. If you’re a decisive, service-oriented leader with a passion for operational excellence, we’d love to hear from you.
