Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor is looking for a motivated Assistant Front Office Manager to join the Front Office Department and lead the PM shift. This 757-room property is located next to Oriole Park at Camden Yards. This position reports to the Director of Front Office, overseeing a department of up to 35 team members, with 2 to 5 Team Members on shift.
We’re looking for a motivated hospitality professional with 1–2 years of experience in a Front Office supervisory role within a high-volume hotel environment, ideally in a convention or large-scale property. The ideal candidate has open availability, a strong background in customer service, and is eager to grow their career in hospitality. They are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and thrive in fast-paced, service-driven settings.
Shift Pattern: PM shifts, starting as early as 2PM and ending as late as midnight, over weekdays, weekends and holidays, as needed.
Salary: $57,000 – $62,000 per year
