About the job

 

Based at Mandarin Oriental The Landmark, Hong Kong within Rooms Division in Hong Kong, the Assistant Front Office Manager is Responsible for consistently maintaining the guest’s perspective and contributing to the overall mission of the Rooms Division. The Assistant Front Office Manager reports to the Rooms Division Manager.

 

As Assistant Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Serve as the Manager on Duty to ensure smooth operation of Front Office
  • Ensure a warm, genuine and efficient guests’ arrival and departure experience by welcoming guests in-person and being attentive to their needs throughout their stays
  • Handle guest compliments, comments and complaints in a timely and professional manner
