Four Seasons Hotel Seattle is looking for an Assistant In-Room Dining Manager who is enthusiastic about joining a team focused on creating the ultimate service experience. The ideal candidate will plan, organize, control, and direct the work of employees in the Room Service departments and F&B Division while ensuring guest satisfaction. We are a team that lives by the Golden Rule; people who, by nature, believe in treating others as we would have them treat us. We look for individuals who celebrate character and personality and who infuse that enthusiasm into everything they do. This position reports to the In- Room Dining Manager. U.S. work authorization is required for this position.

Key Elements of the Job

• Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees in the Hotel of the Room Service department, to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met; daily activities and planning for outlet operation
