• Analyze event performance metrics and post-event feedback to identify areas of improvement to the event outcomes.

• Conduct after action review to ascertain areas of strengths and weaknesses related to the management of the events.

• Coordinate execution of events outcomes that align with plans.

• Coordinate the acquisition of event speakers.

• Coordinate with office administration on clients’ invoicing and payment.

• Develop event communication plans for internal stakeholders.

• Document clients’ requirements that align with event scope and objectives.

• Highlight events plan implementation issues and deviations from plans in reports and meetings.
