At Novotel London Paddington, we’re looking for an experienced Assistant Night Manager to support the smooth running of our overnight operation. Working alongside the Night Manager, you’ll help deliver exceptional guest service, oversee the Night Audit process, support and motivate the night team, and ensure the safety and security of our guests, colleagues and hotel. You’ll also confidently lead the operation in the Night Manager’s absence.
