What you will do
  • Assist the Learning & Development Manager to design and execute a compelling learning strategy to drive team member & hotel performance.
  • Work with leadership to schedule and organize a diverse set of learning offerings annually for all levels of staff.
  • Support the Learning & Development Manager in assessing learning needs, design & implementation of custom solutions, and evaluating effectiveness.
  • Facilitate learning programs including Orientation, Service Foundations and all CORE programmes.
  • Support learning initiatives with program branding and hotel wide communications.
  • Ensure all facets of compliance training are completed within corporate driven time frames.
  • Champion Four Seasons’ core values and service standards through learning experiences.
  • Assist with the implementation of the company’s Standards Testing and collating reports on a monthly basis.
  • Handle with care all the training materials.
  • Work with the People & Culture department to maintain positive employee relations and assist with overall P&C functions to ensure the success of the department.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to identify training needs.
  • Maintain training records and support with employee development plans.
  • You will be engaging and collaborative with operations teams.
  • Familiar with  LQA & Forbes Standards and requirements.
What you bring
  • Minimum 3 Years experience in luxury Five Stars Hotel in similar position is COMPULSURY.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity and discretion
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Confident facilitator with a warm, professional approach
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to connect, engage, and collaborate effectively with all team members and business stakeholders
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and a working knowledge of LMS.
