• Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in planning, organizing, and coordinating staff schedules and duties.
• Supervise and train team members to deliver excellent service aligned with brand standards.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally to ensure prompt resolution.
• Monitor inventory and supplies, coordinate with suppliers, and manage stock levels efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Work closely with kitchen and other departments to ensure timely and quality food and beverage delivery.
• Assist in the implementation of promotional and marketing activities.
• Maintain daily records and assist with reporting on sales, expenses, and staff performance.

• Mandatory bilingual proficiency in Thai and English.
• Proven experience in food and beverage service, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Good communication skills in English (other languages are a plus).
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
