Als Assistant Restaurant Manager (m/w/d) bist du mittendrin: nah am Gast, präsent im Service und ansprechbar für dein Team. Du erkennst, wann Unterstützung gefragt ist, setzt Prioritäten und sorgst gemeinsam mit der Restaurantleitung dafür, dass Qualität, Atmosphäre und Abläufe stimmen.
Dabei bringst du deine Erfahrung im Service ein, unterstützt und entwickelst dein Team und denkst auch wirtschaftlich mit. Du gibst Orientierung, ohne steif zu wirken, und trägst dazu bei, dass sich unsere Gäste ebenso gut aufgehoben fühlen wie die Menschen, mit denen du arbeitest.
