About the Job
Based at Mandarin Oriental, Geneva, within the Ottolenghi Department, the Assistant Restaurant Manager is responsible for assisting the Restaurant Manager in the management of the restaurant, ensuring the smooth running of the service and customer satisfaction for all services provided, in accordance with quality standards, HACCP hygiene standards, and procedures in force within the hotel, and supervising a team of around twenty employees.
