The Hilton Minneapolis is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join their team! In this role you will assist the operations team in overseeing and leading our restaurant outlets and in-room dining. In this role, you will report to the restaurant manager and oversee as many as 15 team members per shift across four outlets.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a high-volume environment and have a passion for guest satisfaction and creating memorable experiences, a solid beverage knowledge (including wines, cocktails, beers and spirits) as well as previous supervisory experience in a union atmosphere.
Shift Pattern: candidates will need full availability to work both AM and PM shift, weekdays/weekends/holidays as needed
Salary Range: $54,000.00 – $56,500.00

What will I be doing?
As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you would be responsible for assisting the manager in directing and organizing the activities and services of a hotel food and beverage outlet (restaurant, lounge, room service, coffee shop, etc.) to deliver an excellent guest experience.
