Restaurant Assistant Manager – Tavernetta Vail
Four Seasons Vail is excited to launch the collaboration of Four Seasons and Frasca Hospitality Group to create Tavernetta Vail. “Frasca Hospitality Group, led by Chef Lachlan Mackinnon-Patterson, Master Sommelier Bobby Stuckey, and Peter Hoglund, is dedicated to providing warm and gracious hospitality. Founded in 2004 with the goal of creating “the best neighborhood restaurant in the world,” the group opened Frasca Food and Wine in Boulder, Colorado, inspired by the frascas of Italy’s Friuli-Venezia Giulia region. The group has expanded to include the Italian- and European-inspired eateries of Pizzeria Alberico, Sunday Vinyl, and the Michelin Bib Gourmand-awarded Tavernetta in Denver. We seek to continue this expansion here with the opening of Tavernetta Vail by hiring enthusiastic, ambitious, and humble staff to uphold a culture of excellence, education, and respect.”
About The Role:
This full-time position is part of our Food and Beverage Management team. The Restaurant Assistant Manager will report to the General Manager and is responsible for supporting the overall success and prosperity of the restaurant from both a guest and employee perspective with an emphasis on driving quality of service, guest recognition and Open Table management to maximize cover capacity.
