About the location:

Old-world elegance along the Caspian Sea. About the role:

Promote and sell to assigned market in defined geographic region and or business sector. Generate hotel/ awareness through direct phone sales; direct sales calls, tradeshows and networking groups.  Work closely with sales and marketing team to solicit, sell and confirm assigned business required to meet budgeted sales goals. Candidate should possess the ability to solicit business.

What you will do:

  • Solicit, confirm and service accounts from assigned segments and  markets including
  • negotiating rates by confirming contracts that ensure targeted budget achievement.
  • Identifies all hotel sales leads in keeping with Four Seasons image and reflect the highest level of professionalism in content and presentation.
  • Coordinate an effective sales plan on group requests from assigned segments and markets and have a close follow-up on these requests promptly with appropriate action.
  • Evaluate, solicit, sell and confirm group business as required to meet individual goals and overall budgeted sales and profitability and maintain an effective plan of correspondence.
  • Keep all related sales team and supervisors promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance coming to his/her attention so prompt corrective action can be taken where appropriate.
  • Coordinate with other Department Heads to ensure quality of guest/group satisfaction.
  • Contact customers in-house to promote good will and foster additional group business, repeat bookings or referrals to other Four Seasons Hotels.
  • Participate in sales meetings and related industry related organizations to represent the hotel and company.
  • Provide input on the local segment of the marketing plan and budget.
  • Coordinate all leads from Meeting broker to the team
  • Negotiates with clients and achieve maximum revenue/profit potential while satisfying client needs.
  • Maintains efficiency in creating cost effective Sales and Marketing solutions
  • Contributes to the annual budget for revenue and costs, offer sound proposals for annual capital requirements
  • Contributes in monthly forecasting of expenses and revenues

 

 

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of hotel or hospitality sales experience (or strong hospitality background with sales aptitude).
  • Knowledge of sales principles, hotel operations, and customer service best practices.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in hotel sales software, PMS/CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, attend events, and travel locally as needed.
