This role is about more than supporting service – it’s about helping create a vibrant, high-energy atmosphere where every guest feels part of something special. As an Assistant Server in Social, you’ll play a key role in delivering seamless, elevated service within a fast-paced luxury environment.

Start Date: June 2026
Contract Type: Full-Time and Seasonal available
Pay Rate: $16 per hour

Key Responsibilities

Support With Care 

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with seating.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and with precision.
• Clear and reset tables, maintaining a clean and polished environment
• Offer warm, helpful interactions when delivering items, answering guest questions about the menu, hotel amenities, or local attractions.
• Monitor your section and service areas proactively to support both teammates and guests.

Operational Excellence 

• Run drinks from the bar in a timely manner
• Restock ice, glassware, garnishes, and bar supplies throughout the shift.
• Polish glassware and keep bar drop zones organized and clear.
• Keep service stations and back-of-house prep areas fully stocked, clean, and orderly.
• Assist with closing tasks including stocking, polishing, and sanitation procedures.

Team & Culture 

• Communicate clearly and consistently with servers, bartenders, and supervisors.
• Take direction with enthusiasm and complete tasks thoroughly.
• Contribute to a respectful, focused team environment grounded in collaboration and reliability.
