Job Mission: To ensure the correct daily operation and application of guest service and care policies, and to certify that work procedures are applied at all times.

Are there any activities you’ll have to do?

• Responsible for auditing collaborators on daily information and service hours; conducting briefings to ensure that all staff in the area are up-to-date with hotel service information.
• Inspect arrival suites, verifying that everything is in accordance with the hotel’s quality standards.
• Check the stock of supplies and stationery daily to ensure promptness in the check-in-check-out service.
• Prepare SAP requisitions, and warehouse and supply purchase requisitions when necessary
• Verify that the destination concierge provides amenities, delivers letters, and organizes activities on time.
• necessary.
• Prepare attendance lists and payroll cut-offs for delivery to HR.
• Check in and check out as required by the operation.
• Supervises the closing of the cashiers and receptionists.
• Review and follow up on pending items.

What are we looking for?

Knowledge: Hotel Systems, Excel, Opera, administrative and operational processes, customer service.

Education: Bachelor’s degree. 

Experience: 1 year in the position. 

Language: English.
