Le Mercure Paris Val de Fontenay, hôtel situé dans le cœur financier de Fontenay sous-Bois et au pied des stations des RER A et E de Val de Fontenay, recrute son/sa futur(e) Assistant(e) Responsable Restauration pour accompagner nos équipes au quotidien.
En rejoignant les équipes, tu auras le plaisir de travailler dans un établissement composé de 133 vastes chambres, dont deux étages sur sept rénovés et 2 chambres à thème, d’un bar-restaurant « BLOOMA » avec une terrasse aménagée.
Et surtout : une intégration au sein d’une équipe unie, énergique et professionnelle, pleine d’énergie et créative !
L’espace séminaire, constitué de 8 salons, tous à la lumière du jour, et pouvant accueillir jusqu’à 150 personnes offre une belle activité banquet et afterwork dans des espaces modulables tout au long de l’année !
Les espaces restauration ont été complètement rénovés en fin 2023, et proposent à notre clientèle une cuisine faite maison.
