PRINCIPAIS ATRIBUIÇÕES E RESPONSABILIDADES
• Atender o cliente (pessoalmente ou por telefone) prestando informações e esclarecendo dúvidas gerais sobre a organização dos eventos.
• Elaborar propostas comerciais, com base em padrão preestabelecido, bem como realizar follow-up, junto ao cliente, para a confirmação do evento.
• Apoiar a área na organização dos eventos, mantendo contato com fornecedores, acompanhando trâmite burocrático e checando toda a infra-estrutura requerida (montagem de sala, equipamentos, horários de coffee-break etc.).
• Prestar todo apoio/atendimento ao cliente durante o evento.
• Realizar o pós-venda, verificando, junto ao cliente, o nível de satisfação dos serviços prestados.
• Realizar o check-in, lançamentos e check-out da conta do evento.
• Elaborar ordem de serviço para todos os departamentos operacionais.
• Aplicar os processos e procedimentos do “Auto Controle” da área;
• Aplicar as boas práticas de segurança alimentar pertinentes à área;
• Intermediar informações entre o contratante e cliente final.
• Controlar a disponibilidade das salas, em conjunto com o superior.
• Administrar a disponibilidade do restaurante para atendimento dos eventos.
• Executar outras atribuições correlatas de acordo com a necessidade da área.
