Acerca del rol:

Se encarga de brindar apoyo administrativo y financiero al Departamento de Finanzas, asistiendo en tareas diarias, manejo de correspondencia y control de documentos. Incluye la gestión de tiempos y pagos, apoyo en cuentas por pagar y por cobrar, y mantenimiento de archivos y contratos, garantizando el cumplimiento de las políticas y estándares de Four Seasons.

Lo que vas a hacer:

• • • Establecer y mantener todos los archivos del Director de Finanzas, incluyendo un sistema de seguimiento para permitir una acción eficiente de seguimiento.
    • Establecer y mantener archivos de todas las licencias, contratos, arrendamientos y acuerdos del hotel.
    • Asistir en el procesamiento de facturación de cuentas por cobrar.
  • • Mantener un registro y procesar todas las transferencias bancarias.
    • Investigar y presentar respaldo para disputas de tarjetas de crédito y/o consultas.
  • • Realizar cualquier otra tarea adicional que se le asigne por el Director de Finanzas o el Asistente del Director de Finanzas.

Requisitos:

• • • Experiencia mínima de 1 año como auxiliar contable
    • Contador o estudiante de contaduría
    • Experiencia mínimo de 1 año como auxiliar contable
    • Manejo de la suite de office
    • Manejo de Excel nivel intermedio
    • Conocimiento de sistemas contables.
