The lively Signia by Hilton Bonnet Creek and Waldorf Astoria Orlando are looking for a Banquet Cook I to join their team. Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek is home to an innovative distinctive dining experience, boasting spectacular outlets and bars, each with its own vibrant personality, inviting décor, and distinctive menu.

Ideal candidate has at least 5 years of culinary experience in banquets. Large scale experience preferred.

Shift Pattern: varies with mix of AM and PM shifts, including shifts starting as early as 3am. Weekend and holiday availability required.

Pay Rate: $24.02 per hour

What will I be doing?
As a Cook, you would be responsible for preparing food items in accordance with recipes and established standards in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Prepare food items according to designated recipes and quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards at all times
• Manage guest orders in a friendly, timely and efficient manner
• Ensure knowledge of menu and all food products
• Stock and maintain designated food station(s)
