JOB DESCRIPTION

The Diplomat Beach Resort Hollywood, Curio Collection by Hilton is looking for their next Banquet Houseperson Supervisor to help lead their team!

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a banquet setup houseperson in a large convention center banquet operation and possess prior banquet leadership experience. A background in the hotel industry is a plus.

Shift Pattern: Full flexibility in needed to support AM, PM, and overnight shifts

Pay Rate: $11.00 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Banquet Houseperson Supervisor, you would be responsible for overseeing the set-up and clean-up of all banquet functions in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Supervise and assist Housepersons with set up to ensure compliance with event specifications and with clean up and break-down after events
