Shift Pattern: varying, provide availability weekly, PM availability preferred

Hourly Rate: $16.66 per hour plus tip pool

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• 1 year of serving/bartending experience, banquet experience preferred
• MAST and Food Handlers certifications
• Strong bartending background highly desired

What will I be doing?

As a Banquet Server/Bartender, you would be responsible for delivering and serving food and beverage items to guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Deliver and serve food and beverages, including, but not limited to, meals, condiments and accompaniments
• Ensure menu knowledge
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
• Respond to guest requests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner
• Stock and maintain the bar to include, but not limited to, beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments, glassware, ice and produce
