About the role

  • Your department head is the Restaurant / Bar / IRD Manager.

  • Your immediate supervisor is Assistant Restaurant / Bar / IRD Manager.

  • The Restaurant / Bar / IRD Managers will arrange your duties, days off and vacation.
  • 餐厅/酒吧/送餐经理将会安排你的职务,休息日和假期。

 

What you will do

  • Be responsible for all mise-en-place and setups as instructed by your superior in a sense that reflects the highest standards of the hotel.
  • 负责使用酒店最高标准,完成上级指示的所有准备工作和餐厅/酒吧布置。
  • Serve or assist in serving food and beverage items to guests according to the departmental service flow and core standards.
  • 根据部门服务流程和标准为客人提供或者协助其他工作人员为客人提供餐饮用品。
  • Provide a complete and satisfying experience to all guests in accordance to the service flow and core standards.
  • 根据酒店服务流程和核心标准为客人提供一个完整并且令人满意的客户用餐体验。
  • You are responsible for the food and beverage supply from the kitchen and bar to guests.
  • 你负责把由厨房或酒吧供应的餐饮送到客人。
  • Carry out weekly scheduled tasks as assigned by your superior.
  • 完成上级指派的每周计划任务。
  • To attend appointed training session punctually.
  • 准时出席指定的培训课程。
  • Clean and tidy up the service areas assigned.
  • 打扫并且整理指定的服务区域。
  • You are responsible for a correct billing and Cashiering.
  • 你负责完成一个正确的账单和收银工作。
  • You are responsible for tracking and accomplishing all the purchase order, ensuring enough daily supply.
  • 你负责追踪和完成所有采购订单,确保足够的日常供应。
  • Maintain a good relationship with regular clients.
  • 和固定客户保持良好的关系。
  • Handle guest complaints and solve them.
  • 处理并且解决客户投诉。
  • Well study and comply with all the Four Seasons Work Rules and Standards refer to staff hand book.
  • 认真学习并且遵守四季所有员工手册上的工作规范和标准。

  • A good knowledge in food and beverage and service rules.

  • To know how to coordinate, control and supervise your subordinates.

  • Efficiency in your work, to be honest to the guests, superior and colleagues.
