Qualifications

 

Essential Ingredients:

  • Proven experience in banqueting or events with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. And willingness to support other F&B outlets when needed.
  • Excellent communication skills: especially in English, and a great addition if you also speak an extra language!
  • Strong leadership skills to train, motivate, and support your team in creating memorable moments

Responsibilities:

  • Support the F&B Manager with overseeing the smooth operation of the Meeting & Events Operations, ensuring a flawless experience for every guest.
  • Coordinate and manage service for 21 meeting rooms, delivering exceptional experiences at every touchpoint.
  • Train, inspire, and lead the team to achieve high performance and service.
  • Work proactively to improve guest satisfaction, responding promptly to inquiries and feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards and brand standards.
  • Address guest needs and resolve complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Coordinate that meeting rooms are prepared and set up completely according to the guests needs.
  • Reviewing and revising standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with management to optimize workflow and operational efficiency.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-energy work environment for all team members.
