With over 370 rooms, multiple Food & Beverage outlets and a purpose-built Convention Centre hosting conferences, weddings and major events, there’s always something happening.

From a relaxed drink by the pool to a busy conference or special celebration, our bars and events spaces provide plenty of variety. As part of the global Accor network, you’ll be joining a team that puts people and memorable guest experiences at the heart of everything we do.

We’re looking for friendly and experienced Bartenders to join our Food & Beverage team on a casual basis.

You’ll bring great energy to our bars, restaurants, conferences and events, serving everything from beers and wines to cocktails and spirits. You’ll be confident engaging with guests, working as part of a busy team and keeping service running smoothly.

With a variety of outlets, functions and events across the resort, this is a role where no two shifts are quite the same.

What you’ll be doing:

• Welcome guests with a friendly and genuine approach
• Take orders and serve beverages efficiently and professionally
• Prepare and serve a range of beers, wines, spirits and cocktails
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations and create a great guest experience
• Support bars and beverage service across conferences, weddings and special events
• Keep bar areas clean, organised and well stocked
• Assist with stock control, preparation and general bar operations
• Follow responsible service, food safety and workplace health and safety standards
• Work closely with the wider Food & Beverage team to deliver seamless service

We’re looking for someone who brings:

• Minimum 1 year’s cocktail and bartending experience
• A genuine passion for great service and memorable guest experiences
• Strong knowledge of beer, wine, spirits and cocktails
• A friendly, confident and approachable personality
• The ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• A positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to get involved
• A valid and current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
