TRIBE Auckland is looking for a Bar Manager with swagger, style, and serious hospitality instincts. Someone who knows how to build a vibe, lead a crew, and turn a bar into the place people want to be.

You’ll run the bar like it’s yours. From the way it feels when guests walk in, to what’s in the glass, to how the team shows up every shift.

Being an expert mixologist with creative flare there is no limits!

You will:

• Create a bar atmosphere that’s buzzing, social, and unapologetically cool
• Lead a high-energy team who actually love what they do
• Curate drinks, menus, and moments that stand out (no boring lists here)
• Balance creativity with commercial smarts, margins matter
• Be visible, hands-on, and right in the mix
• The host with the most at their fingertips, creating epic events for our social hub

• You’ve got presence, people notice when you’re in the room
• You thrive in fast-paced and high-volume environments
• You’re a natural leader, not a clipboard manager
• You get people, playlists, pace, and pressure
• You’re confident, creative, and not afraid to try something different
• Bar, nightlife, or lifestyle hospitality experience is a must
• Hotel experience? Cool if you have it. Not essential if you’ve got the edge.
