As the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our bar operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales through innovative drink offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of bartenders to deliver outstanding service and hospitality.
• Manage daily bar operations, including inventory management, ordering, and budgeting.
• Create and update the drinks menu, incorporating seasonal ingredients and innovative cocktails.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Train and develop staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues to ensure a positive experience.

• Previous management experience in high-volume bars/ fast paced environment
• Experience with cellar management / Stock taken
• Minimum of 4 years holding a Bar Manager position
• People person with a love of front of house and hospitality
• Natural leader
• Creative with experience building a cocktail menu
• Able to oversee the whole bar operation
