As a Barista at Fairmont Hotels, you will be an ambassador of the exceptional service and quality that is the hallmark of our coffee experience. Job Duties Include:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and tea in accordance with Fairmont standards.
• Provide friendly, attentive, and personalized service to all guests, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Restock supplies and maintain inventory as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including the espresso machine, grinders, and service areas.
• Stay informed about the hotel’s current menu and seasonal updates to provide accurate and helpful recommendations to guests.
• Communicate effectively with guests, addressing any special dietary requirements, preferences, or concerns.
• Handle point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently.
