Four Seasons Hotel Prague is looking for a talented Barista.

About the role:

Applicants should strive for excellence in a fast-paced café environment. He or she should be able to respond to guest needs by providing exceptional knowledge of coffee, tea, and other beverages, as well as information regarding preparation methods.

• Anticipate guest needs, ensure satisfaction, offer recommendations, and respond promptly and professionally to guest concerns and requests.
• Take responsibility for organizing and maintaining the daily operations of the bar.
• Meet all Four Seasons and health department food, beverage, and safety standards.
• Stock, re-stock, and organize the retail items in the bar needed.
• Assist with daily inventory management and ordering of ingredients and retail items.

About You:

In this role, you will craft high-quality beverages, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. The ideal candidate has a love for coffee, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

What will You bring:

• Minimum two years of bartending/barista experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and personal presentation.
• Outstanding communications skills with a strong command of English language.
• Ability to pour, mix and blend a wide variety of wines, spirits and drinks.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays. AM & PM shifts for 8,5 hour, 5 days per week.
• Working computer skills and knowledge including but not limited to Excel, Word, Internet and Micros.
